Are you unsure where to start exploring which systems you need to improve your operations? Have you chosen a system and thinking through the best way to implement? Do you recognise a journey of multiple system upgrades ahead, and find the prospect overwhelming? Just don’t know where to start? Or deep in the journey and value a moment to reflect on what’s working and what could be improved?

This session will provide an overview of a healthy system implementation process, some key principles, and some specific research on systems that might deserve consideration. This session will be useful whether you are a small, medium, or large provider. There will be interaction so that we can tailor our conversation to participants’ contexts.

NDS recommends that Board members and Executive leaders within disability service organisations are most suited to attend.

Blue Bike exists to serve where there is a dividend in the Community rather than only a dollar in the bank account – with their core client base in Disability, Aged Care, Government and other Community organisations. Blue Bike helps organisations to grow healthy and to transform, taking hold of significant opportunities and resolving major challenges. They do this through a combination of consulting contributions across four teams of experienced experts in i. “People and Process”, ii. “Strategy and Operations”, iii. “Systems and Technology”, and iv. “Data and Insights”.

Daniel is the Co-Founder and Board Chair of Blue Bike Solutions and of Oho, and Non-Exec Director of Care Connect. Daniel spent two decades consulting across a wide array of sectors and clients in the corporate space, while employed predominately with Andersen Consulting, Accenture and IBM. Blue Bike was birthed out of that heritage of consulting, combined with a deep passion to contribute to the community. Daniel serves and has served on a range of Boards including for organisations in Aged Care, Primary and Tertiary Education, Insurance, Agriculture, Drug Rehab, Faith-based and other contexts. Daniel has a Bachelor of Science from Tas Uni and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
