Customer and Market: NDS Professional Community of Practice Meetings
The Customer and Market CoP focuses on the role of communications and marketing to share messages with clients and staff, particularly at this pivotal period of transition to the NDIS. New technology and the nature of consumer choice in the NDIS are making marketing increasingly crucial for disability service providers. This CoP facilitates open conversations around exploring new marketing strategies and communicating an organisation’s mission in this changing environment.
Since mid-2016, this group has held a vibrant discussion on the following topics:
- Developing a communications plan that includes a website, social media, and word-of-mouth referrals
- Communicating change to staff and clients
- Collecting and analysing data to inform service offerings
- Engaging with staff on being the ‘face’ of the organisation
- Producing client stories using photos and videos
There will be a CoP meeting every two months. Please register to attend the next meeting or contact William Crisp, details below, to register your interest to hear about future meetings.
Meetings are a great opportunity for providers to tap into good practice and hear how other organisations are responding to key emerging issues!
