Mergers and Acquisitions: steps and considerations to help ensure success

For Boards and CEO's - NDS will be leading a discussion on the challenges in setting strategy and executing mergers and acquisition.  

Graeme Kelly of Optimate Consulting was the CEO at Tipping Foundation when they merged with House with No Steps in 2018 which has since rebranded as Aruma.  Graeme will talk to this merger and acquisition and growth experience which was not the usual approach and was implemented after an earlier attempt had failed. Complementing this will be a second presentation from Pitcher Partners on the merger and acquisitions subject.  

There will be time for questions and answers in the session.

Who Should Attend?

NDS recommends that Board members and Executive leaders within disability service organisations are most suited to attend.
