Be the catalyst for transformation and lead the change within your organisation.

In partnership with an award-winning management consultant Bendelta, NDS is excited to deliver this leadership program again in 2019. This program sold out earlier in 2019 and focuses on critical elements for transforming your organisation, leading to the creation of an even stronger and more diverse sector that enables greater choice and control for people with disability under the NDIS.

The focus of this workshop is on the leader’s role for self-development and self-management to enable you to successfully navigate your teams and organisations through transformational change.

Participants attending the program will be able to answer the following questions:

  • What do I want to be known for as a leader?
  • What type of leadership is called for during transformational change?
  • What are my key strengths and areas for development?
  • How do I create new habits and behaviours to improve my leadership effectiveness?
  • How do I effectively self-manage and build personal resilience?

Accessibility
This venue is wheelchair accessible. Please contact the organiser directly with any additional accessibility requirements.

Who should attend?
NDS recommends that leaders within disability service organisations are most suited to attend including; team leaders, managers and strategic leaders such as CEOs and executive leaders.

Thanks to the Victorian Government's Transition Support Package, workshop costs have been heavily subsidised. NDS members benefit from further subsidised rates.

Give your organisation the best chance to transition to and operate in the NDIS market by making the most of our funded NDIS Sector Development Project. NDS members will continue to benefit beyond this project.
