The ICT & Systems CoP focuses on how to identify new requirements for ICT and how to approach key ICT decisions as organisations transition to the NDIS. Professionals working in this space make significant and often expensive decisions that may impact entire organisations. In this environment, it is increasingly valuable to discuss these challenges with others in similar situations.

From the group’s inception in mid-2016, the ICT & Systems CoP has heard meaningful discussions around:

  • The merits and challenges of different CRMs
  • Working with staff to embrace systems changes
  • Systems integration in the NDIS
  • Transition to the cloud
  • Corporate versus 'bring your own' mobile devices
  • Digital security

There will be a CoP meeting every two months. Please register to attend the next meeting or contact Henry Newton, details below, to register your interest to hear about future meetings.

Meetings are a great opportunity for providers to tap into good practice and hear how other organisations are responding to key emerging issues. Join the Community of Practice to be part of these conversations in 2019!

Who should attend?

NDS recommends that people working in ICT roles at disability service organisations are most suited to attend.

Please Note: Organisations must be NDIS-registered providers in Victoria to attend
