Candidate Attraction and Retention in the Disability Sector

National Disability Services (NDS) is partnering with SACS to present this interactive online workshop. Our clients in the disability sector often tell us that it can be a challenge to find people. They also tell us that once they have found candidates it can be difficult to ensure that these candidates are going to be able to do the job properly and to behave in accordance with the values of their organisation.
SACS & NDS offers you the opportunity to join us for a two-hour participatory workshop focused on this topic.
In this workshop you will learn all about the science of recruitment including:
- Job definitions
- Employee Value Propositions
- Writing motivating job ads
- Technology based job marketing
- Optimising interviewing
- Biodata scoring
- Reference checking
- Psych testing

You will gain a strong understanding of the most effective recruitment methods to attract and evaluate your next hire. These evidence based methods will help you simplify and speed up recruitment efforts.
