Session 1: Developing a Marketing Strategy

Does your organisation understand how to link marketing strategy and business planning?

Developing strategic marketing skills for a consumer driven market is critical for business development and sustainability under the NDIS. This half-day workshop and pre-study has been designed to teach you how to incorporate strategic marketing principles into your business planning processes.

At the end of this workshop, participants will:

  • Have the beginning of a marketing strategy document for their organisations
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the marketing strategy process
  • Articulate the difference between a marketing strategy and a marketing plan

Session 2: Implementing a Marketing Plan

So you have a strategy and a plan. Now what?

You have incorporated marketing into your strategic business plan. You have developed a marketing plan that provides you with direction and objectives for your service(s). Do you need assistance to implement and/or identify the tactics you can use to make your plan happen?

This practical half-day workshop and pre-work has been designed to support you in understanding the available marketing and communication tactics that can be used to implement your marketing plan for the best outcomes.

At the end of this workshop, participants will:

  • Feel a level of confidence in delivering selected tactics to achieve the objectives identified in your marketing plan
  • Demonstrate an understanding of what available marketing tactics are available and articulate which would be the most effective for your organisation

*Please note: Each session requires pre-work in the form of a 30-minute webinar.
