Disability at Work Summit 2022 – Shaping our Future

The global labour market has been transformed over the past two years.
In a fast evolving employment provision environment, opportunities are increasing for the provision of niche products and services through new social enterprises. The Disability Employment Services program is under review and the work of the Disability Royal Commission is likely to lead to further reform of employment service provision. The NDS Industry Vision for Supported Employment will drive evolution in employment support models, including an emphasis on the provision of a wider range of meaningful work options in supported and mainstream settings.
The Disability at Work Summit 2022 is a one-day virtual event examining innovative ways to inspire and engage people with disability in employment opportunities in a fast-evolving environment.
It is aimed at employment service providers (open, supported, transition to work and social enterprises) and professionals interested in the design and promotion of a broad range of employment opportunities for people with disability in a globally transformed labour market.
This one-day virtual event will explore enhancing access to a wider range of employment options. You will hear from a diverse group of presenters as they examine the practicalities of designing and implementing service and support models that enhance employment options for people with disability.
