Creating a team that can confidently and effectively develop strong business partnerships is the key to success for social enterprises.

The SSS program takes a practical approach to proactive business development that will have your team developing and maintaining stronger business relationships, resulting in more opportunities for your organisation.

It’s a simple equation, quality partnerships with local business equals a more robust, healthy and successful social enterprise.

The SSS Program tracks the customer’s journey and focuses on practical ways your staff can guide and support them.

From simply making prospective customers aware of your services, right through to them becoming loyal advocates, this program contains tips and tools to assist at every phase.

Some of the key areas covered are

  • Approaching prospects professionally
  • Working ‘with’ gatekeepers
  • Establishing genuine, multi-level compatibility with customers
  • Presenting solutions in helpful and ethical ways, and
  • Handling objections and encouraging decisions

On completion of the program, attendees will have

  • a renewed vigor for proactive business development and a deeper appreciation of the journey that their customers take when discovering and dealing with their organisation
  • skills, techniques and tools that they can use immediately to significantly lift their business development success.

The program is presented by John Fitzgerald from Omnia Inclusive, and Andrew Hamilton from Social Scaffolding.
