Location: National (online)
Date: 10/10/2022

Your Risk, Incidents and Complaints Management Register plays an important part in meeting NDIS requirements and safeguarding the safety and wellbeing of participants. This interactive workshop will build your understanding and improve your risk, incidents and complaints management systems using the NDS suite of Excel registers developed in line with NDIS requirements.

Topics include an overview of registers and purpose, navigating between worksheets, using the manual, how to enter data, selecting options from dropdowns, risk matrix explained and modified if required, how to edit drop-down lists, how to create personalised pivot tables for reporting, and understanding conditional formatting.

The training will be facilitated by Juanita Taylor. Juanita is an experienced administrator who developed this suite of registers and enjoys the opportunity to answer all questions Excel-related.

It is highly recommended that participants download the Risk Incidents and Complaints Management interactive PDF to access the RICM registers prior to commencing the workshop.

This series of workshops is part of the NDS Risk, Incidents and Complaints Management project for sole, small and medium providers funded by the NDIS Commission. Download the Risk Incidents and Complaints Management interactive PDF for more information and resources.
