Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act 1991: An overview The Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (the Act) makes certain types of discrimination, sexual harassment, vilification, and victimisation unlawful in Queensland.

An awareness of the Act, it’s implications and mechanisms as they apply to people with disability, the participants we work with and our workplaces is integral, particularly in light of the anticipated recommendations and focus on Human Rights by the Disability Royal Commission.
