This complementary event for WA providers will discuss the latest information and insights on the hot topics and challenges facing managers and leaders of quality management and safeguarding. 

There will be the latest information and insights from sector leaders, content experts and peers on the quality and safeguarding issues and trends for disability service providers in Western Australia.

The program includes sessions on the latest developments in quality and safeguarding, and the elimination of restrictive practices. Other topics include: 

  • Investigation and Management
  • Transitioning to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards System 
  • The certification process and eveidencing practice

The Safer Services Toolkit will be launched at the event and you will have an opportunity to have your say on what support the sector needs to go forward.
