The Workforce Sub-Committee provides a statewide focus regarding workforce strategies and issues that impact on the sustainability of disability service delivery, within the NDS membership.

The overall objective is to facilitate the exchange of information and provision of advice that informs both practice and policy to ensure that organisations can deliver sustainable, high-quality supports and services.

Members are welcome to nominate two representatives to be on the Workforce Sub-Committee mailing list with one representative per organisation invited to attend Sub-Committee meetings. If you would like to participate, please contact Lucinda Mirthil on the details at the bottom of this page.
