Following consultation with the National Committee on Open Employment and an initial review by the NDS Board, we are seeking feedback from members on our paper on a proposed new DES model for 2023 [PDF] or [Word.docx]

The paper articulates a bold new direction for DES, including more targeted participant eligibility, a new funding model, new outcome measures and a new quality and performance framework. The paper has been informed by our DES Advisory Reference Group and our membership of the DES Reference Group overseen by DSS and chaired by the Disability Discrimination Commissioner, Dr Ben Gauntlett.
