The 'NDIS in Practice – Strategy Workshop' is an operationally focused workshop that is being delivered across Victoria. This workshop will focus on key themes within NDIS strategy, and be designed to draw on real provider experiences to assist organisations to thrive in the NDIS landscape.

The workshop will include:
Part 1: The Price Guide. This session will provide a chance for discussion and learning around NDIS pricing, and how your business can be successful in working within the new NDIS marketplace of care.

Part 2: Recruitment and Retention. This session will provide a chance for discussion and learning around staffing, and in particular ways to maximise your businesses recruitment and retention of staff.

Part 3: Governance. This session will provide a chance for discussion and learning around the idea of governance, and how effective governance trickles downwards to effective front line staff, which maximises the participant experience.

Who should attend?
NDS recommends that strategic leaders within disability service organisations are most suited to attend including; CEOs, CFOs and high-level managers.

Workshop Details:
