Marketing is increasingly dominated by digital channels. This workshop will grow your understanding of how to make and manage your investments in digital channels, both in terms of time and money, in the context of the NDIS.
The aim of the workshop is to frame how the range of digital marketing techniques fits in the context of your business objectives. You will also learn how to ensure that your digital marketing efforts are measurable against your business objectives (e.g., driving customer acquisition, building brand awareness, reducing churn or simply ensuring a great customer experience).
