Leading a Diverse Team
NDS and Work and Training invite current managers, team leaders and supervisors in the Tasmanian disability sector to participate in accredited training to enhance your toolkit of leadership skills.
If we want frontline workers to enhance the rights-based environment for the people they support, then we need to lead them using the same approach. The training will enable organisational leaders to apply the principles of equal opportunities as they carry out their everyday roles with their team members.
