This workshop will simplify and guide you through what you need to know, consider, do and document to be competent in incident management in a disability environment.

It will be delivered by PHI - a specialist risk management and training company for aged, community, disability and health services.

Workshop includes:

  • Managing incidents to comply with the NDIS requirements
  • NDIS Commission serious reportable incidents to know what and when to report
  • Recommended content of incident reports to ensure documentation is defensible and reasonable care is evidenced
  • Best practice in incident investigation to prevent reoccurrence
  • Incident investigation documentation to demonstrate effective risk management
  • Case study practice to improve skills

Workshop Cost

In House Delivery (currently zoom):

  • 1 x 3 hour session: NDS Member: $2,300 plus GST (up to 20 people via Zoom)
  • 1 x 3 hour session: Non-Member: $3,070 plus GST (up to 20 people via Zoom)

Additional participants when restrictions are lifted are (capped at 30 in total)

  • Member Price: $190 plus GST
  • Non-member Price: $270 plus GST

Travel and accommodation costs (when restrictions are lifted) are charged at cost.
