Fair Work Commission releases updated timetable for SES Award wages structure

The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has released an updated timetable for the implementation of their proposed wages structure for the Supported Employment Services (SES) Award. A final hearing involving the Award parties to discuss progress in implementing the structure will be held from 13-17 December 2021.

Relevant updates to the timetable, including progress in the current trial of the structure, are outlined below:

The FWC has indicated that the timetable may be subject to further modification. Unfortunately, it does not identify dates for the variation of the SES Award and the official adoption of the structure and the end date for the use of existing wage assessment tools.
