This two-hour NDS workshop for disability services explores contemporary employment pathways for supported employees.

With the many changes to the employment landscape, including changes to the Supported Wage program, expected NDIS Review findings and increasing advocacy calling for open and meaningful employment, many providers are working through how to implement transformational change for their services.

The Workshop

This in-person workshop will explore and discuss how disability services can effectively navigate the transformation process by leveraging collective knowledge and experience. This workshop aims to inspire positive change, foster networking opportunities, and share best practices. All employment providers looking to navigate the business transformation process are invited.

Chaired by Sarah Fordyce, NDS Vic State Manager, and Colin Entwistle, NDS Head of Employment, this interactive workshop promises to be insightful and engaging. NDS has invited representatives from three member organisations, IDV, Yooralla and MiLife Victoria, to present and discuss their transformational change journey, followed by Q and A and discussion.

Who Should Attend?

NDS recommends that CEOs, Managers and Team Leaders of supported employment providers in Victoria are most suited to attend. This is a limited seat event, so book early.
