This year the program has been designed based on your feedback and is for disability service providers to engage and prepare for the key issues of NDIS, Quality and Safeguards and the Royal Commission.

For each of the top three topics, we will engage and prepare providers for:

  • NDIS – Working with NDIS pricing. Discussing the recent, substantial changes to the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue, and the opportunities and challenges they present.
  • NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission – In a new age of quality and safeguarding requirements, how will the roll out impact providers? What’s involved in the audit process and how do you prepare for it?
  • The Royal Commission – from NDS, legal and insurer perspectives – What is a Royal Commission, how does it work and what to expect? How can you prepare?

We want to hear from you! All sessions will be interactive, and we’ll be listening to your comments, concerns and feedback in each major city.

Your Essential Briefing is the information and insights you need right now!
