A PWdWA survey has found that the representation of people who identify as having a disability on boards and in senior management remains very low across Western Australia.

Hear Disability Leadership Institute CEO & Founder Christina Ryan share ways the organistion has worked to increase representation through partnering, securing funding, and delivering governance and leadership training.

Christina will then join the panel of WA sector leaders to discuss where WA could focus effort and resources to achieve sustainable results. The panel includes Professor Angus Buchanan, Board Chair of Avivo; Professor David Gilchrist, Board Chair of Nulsen Disability Services; and Lisa Burnett, President of PWdWA.
