The 2015-16 year was one of great change for NDS and the disability services sector where the NDIS and disability employment shaped much of our activity.
NDS maintained its influential role in the sector and remained in frequent contact with both NDS members and the NDIA to keep the sector well-informed, supported and represented in this uncertain time.
Achievements for NDS for 2015-16 include the lodgement of 35 national policy submissions, contributing to the safety of people with disability through Parliamentary Inquiries, the expansion of our collection of resources available to members, the launch of an award-winning new website, and the beginning of the BuyAbility Campaign for supported employment enterprises.
These are only a few highlights from NDS’s 2015-16 year. Download the full Annual Report to learn how we responded to our strategic aims, how we performed financially and to meet some of the NDS team.
