Registrations are now open for the Disability at Work and Workability International Conference “Disability employment in a digital world”. This year’s Conference is a one-day Virtual Event held on 13 October 2020 and is a completely new format for our flagship event on disability employment. In addition, the conference is aimed at a global audience currently grappling with the consequences of one of the most tumultuous events in recent decades.

We are pleased to announce that a high profile overseas presenter has already been confirmed for the Conference. 

Dr Shea Tanis of the Coleman Institute for Cognitive Disabilities, who will focus on adaptations of new and emerging technology solutions and their applications in the domain of employment for people with disabilities. Workforce evolution and the growing application of disruptive technology solutions can either level the playing field for people with disability or further marginalize them. Dr Tanis will examine how service providers can take advantage of this changing landscape and drive innovative solutions and systems change that ensure opportunity, self-direction, and economic self-sufficiency.
