Regional Support Worker Conferences 2010: Register Now, Places Filling Fast

31 August 2010

NDS NSW is pleased to announce that registrations for the third Regional Support Worker Conference for 2010 are still open. The conference will be held at Rydges Capital Hill, Canberra on 5-6 October.

This conference was originally advertised to be held in Queanbeyan in September. However, after some difficulty in finding a suitable venue it has been moved and will now be held in Canberra on 5-6 October.

NDS NSW has received very positive feedback from the first two Regional Support Worker Conferences held earlier this year in Port Macquarie and Orange. Conference delegates have described the program as relevant and necessary allowing the opportunity for self reflection and practical skills development.

The Regional Support Worker Conference is to be held at Rydges Capitol Hill, Canberra on 5-6 October, 2010.

The cost of the Regional Support Worker Conference in Canberra is:

  • NDS Members: $150
  • Non-Members: $170

This price includes all conference sessions over the two days, all food and a three course conference dinner on 5 October.

Registrations from both NSW and the ACT are welcome.

Registrations close on Monday 27 September 2010

To register, please fill out the registration form [Word 540KB] and return it to Megan Sandford at NDS NSW by fax; 02 9256 3123, email; megan.sandford@nds.org.au or post; PO Box R160 Royal Exchange, NSW, 1225.
