Over 250 frontline workers attended the first two conferences for 2012, held in Ballina and Parramatta. The program will feature sessions on ethical dilemmas, complaints handling, challenging behaviours and person-centred service delivery. An updated conference program [PDF 228KB], [RTF 700KB] is now available, along with session detail [PDF 110KB], [RTF 70KB] and dinner flyer [PDF 350KB].
