Registrations open for state-wide Quality Management training

NDS and ADHC are pleased to announce the roll out of state wide training to introduce the recently produced Quality Management Chapter in the It's Your Business Manual. This timely chapter and training opportunity is targeted at boards of management and senior managers and explains the principles of quality management and continuous improvement.

The chapter is aligned with the quality requirements of the current ADHC funding agreement and provides a guide to developing and implementing quality management for disability service providers.

NDS invites you to attend or nominate attendees for an interactive training workshop introducing the new Quality Management Chapter including related practical tools and resources. The NSW Industry Development Fund has funded nineteen (19) training sessions which generally run from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm to assist attendance.

On completing the interactive program, participants will:

Understand the current context for quality management in disability service providers
Understand the core concepts of organisational performance monitoring and quality management
Be familiar with the main techniques for implementing quality management in a service
Know how to develop a quality management plan, identify performance measures and utilise data to drive continuous improvement
Know how to lead the implementation of a quality agenda in their service

In this round places are limited to two participants per disability organisation. Secure your spot now on what is considered "must have" knowledge of quality management.
