Information available for organisations employing staff under the SCHADS Modern Award

NDS has extended its online centralised webpage for industrial relations (IR) information required by organisations employing staff under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Industry Modern Award to all states and territories.

Organisations wishing to register for the upcoming Australian Government funded SACS (Social and Community Services) Modern Award and Pay Equity Forums scheduled for August and September can view the details at:

• Australian Capital Territory
• New South Wales
• Queensland

Phase one of the SACS Information Forums in Tasmania, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory is now complete.  Resources from the forums are available online and include:

• Translation Guides
• Comparison Tables
• Additional IR web links
• A NSW Reclassification Guide and Tip Sheet (developed as part of the 'Get the Facts' project)

Information of webinars and teleconferences across Australia will be provided at the end of September.
