Board Development Training Opportunity – Applications extended to Fri 17 Feb

NDS is pleased to invite current board members of not-for-profit organisations, funded by ADHC in the disability sector, to attend a customised Australian Institute of Company Directors Foundations of Directorship three day course at no cost to participants.

These courses are highly regarded with previous participants valuing the practical and interactive application of the course, the use of tailored case studies and networking opportunities.

No previous formal qualification or board knowledge is required. The normal public cost of this three day course would be $3,230 and therefore represents a significant investment by the NSW Industry Development Fund in your professional development.

The NSW Industry Development Fund has funded up to 200 places. Three courses were delivered in October and November 2011. The remaining five courses will be rolled out from March to June 2012, please see the Information Pack for location and venue details. Travel assistance is available to eligible participants.

Applications are now open for the 2012 courses. Applications have been extended and close on Friday 17 February 2012. A maximum of two board members per organisation are permitted to attend one course.
