Join us for the upcoming in-person NDS workshop on transforming disability employment services.

This builds upon the insights gained from our Exploring Strategic Transformations in Supported Employment event in October 2023, and provides an opportunity to delve deeper into the practical aspects of transformation.

The Workshop

There is an imperative for disability employment services to transform to meet contemporary expectations, in the context of the broader disability reform agenda following the DRC and NDIS Review and new employment directions.

In this in-person workshop, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers and explore innovative strategies for transforming services tailored to the employment needs of people with disabilities.

Our aim is to provide practical guidance on initiating organizational change, evaluating different methodologies, and learning from the experiences of others, all while fostering valuable networking opportunities.

This promises to be a practical and engagement hands on workshop of relevance to all disability supported employment services.

Who Should Attend?

For disability employment service managers, employment program leads, and operational and project managers implementing transformation in employment services.
